This car is based on the Ford Taurus, a popular four door sedan sold thoughout the US. This 'Ford Police Interceptor Sedan' has a 3.7 V6 AWD drive-train for excellent performance and handling. These were not available to the general public and only sold to police departments. Built with better engine cooling, heavy duty alternator and electrics, bigger brakes, stiffer suspension, ballistic panels in the front doors and reinforcements throughout the vehicle, this car has a 5* safety rating on all areas. This particular model is fully equipped with lights, sirens and on-board police video equipment. Available to hire for functions, weddings, or film work. Driver can be included with full NYPD uniform.
