About this Vehicle
MKIII Austin Mini Cooper S finished in non-standard black and gold. This colour scheme has its origins in the 1960s/70s with a coach building specialist called Newton Interior Trim. They did upgrades and this interior and exterior colour scheme is a tribute to one of their two racing Mini Coopers from 'back in the day'. The car is spotless with with its totally original engine and oozes 1960s and especially early 1970's Kings Road coolness. Everyone from Steve McQueen, James Garner and Michael Caine to Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton were seen in or with Mini Coopers. Perfect for period film and tv production or retro photo shoots.
